The Murphey Candler Homeowners Association (MCHA) represents 366 homes located in and around Murphey Candler Park. The Murphey Candler neighborhood abuts the Perimeter Center office area in North Dekalb.   The Murphey Candler neighborhood is north of downtown Atlanta and Buckhead and inside I-285 between Ashford Dunwoody Road and Chamblee Dunwoody Road.

Our neighborhood is in the Brookhaven 30319 and Chamblee 30341 zip codes. Montgomery Elementary School, Chamblee Middle School and Chamblee High School are our neighborhood schools.   The Murphey Candler neighborhood is near the Chamblee (Gold Line) and Medical Center (Red Line) MARTA rail stations and MARTA bus service is available via MARTA's route103 - N. Shallowford Rd./Peeler Rd. Bus Stop at the intersection of Chamblee Dunwoody Road and Dunwoody Park Road just north of 285.  A PATH multi use trail connects Murphey Candler Park with Blackburn Park.  This trail will ultimately connect to Chamblee's new multi use trail that runs under Peachtree Industrial and Clairmont Road into Chamblee's Keswick Park.

The mission of the MCHA is to ensure that our neighborhood is preserved for high quality residential use. We promote recreation and safety in our community and monitor local government bodies, exercising vigilance in planning, development, zoning, and transportation for the benefit of our residents.
